At Vardhee, we strive to provide high-quality products, including belts & buckles, ranks, NCC badges, beret caps and other related items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:
  • The item must be returned within 21 days of the delivery date.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Personalized or customized products cannot. be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Returns must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund:
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10-12 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • If the item is found to be damaged or used, a partial refund or no refund may be issued.

3. Exchange Policy

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or variant:
  • Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Customers may need to cover shipping costs for exchanges.
  • Exchanged product will be delivered with in 7 days.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return or refund:
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Used, washed, or altered products.
  • Items purchased during sales or promotional offers (unless defective).

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
  • Contact us immediately at customer@vardhee.com with photos of the damaged product.
  • We will either issue a full refund or send a Exchanged product at no additional cost

6. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  • Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team.
  • Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
